Order Process (Revised)
Orders received before 12:00PM EST are processed the same business day. All orders received after 12:00PM EST are processed the following business day. Once we have confirmation that your order is in stock and ready to ship, the freight carrier is contacted to pick up the order. Two days after your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the carriers contact information and tracking number. The total shipping time is approximately 7 to 10 business days from the day the order ships. This does not include non stocked, special, or transferred orders. Our processing department will communicate the additional time your order will take if this status applies. Residential and freight terminal pickups will be contacted by the carrier to set up an appointment for your convenience. Business deliveries unless specified to call for convenience are delivered without a scheduled appointment.
