The install instructions could be better. Highlight with pictures which end is the "tongue", its counter intuitive. Make clear that you must keep second row (and subsequent rows)tilted up untill full row is snapped together. You could sell shims for this purpose. Finally, make clear that when a board passes on both sides of a wall (such as a closet wall), you need to cut one end off by the door jam so you can snap the board in place.
