The installation kit block lasted all but 90 sq ft before it shattered. I recommend something more durable, I utilized some hem/fir and custom made a block that had more surface area to tap with a hammer. Although the shipment initially had some damaged cases , your sales rep Shawn Pertshuk was professional and eased the process for me and my customer.Thanks Shawn J.R.

This floor is supposed to have glue in the joints activated by running a water applicator over the tongue. I wonder if there really is any glue. I could not detect any. I also had some trouble with the edges of the planks chipping when I tapped them together. I bought the Mohawk install kit. I was dissappointed to find the applicator bottle was not included - a fact I did not discover until I was ready to install the floor. I used a sponge-style paintbrush dipped in water instead.
