The installation kit block lasted all but 90 sq ft before it shattered. I recommend something more durable, I utilized some hem/fir and custom made a block that had more surface area to tap with a hammer. Although the shipment initially had some damaged cases , your sales rep Shawn Pertshuk was professional and eased the process for me and my customer.Thanks Shawn J.R. |

This floor is supposed to have glue in the joints activated by running a water applicator over the tongue. I wonder if there really is any glue. I could not detect any. I also had some trouble with the edges of the planks chipping when I tapped them together. I bought the Mohawk install kit. I was dissappointed to find the applicator bottle was not included - a fact I did not discover until I was ready to install the floor. I used a sponge-style paintbrush dipped in water instead. |
