About the Product
The Columbia Clic series is another one of those wonderful locking no-glue , easy to do-it-yourself laminate floors! The snap together laminate floor revolution is rapidly gaining steam throughout the United States and there is no sign of it letting up any time soon. Columbia has joined the race with the introduction of their new Clic series. Columbia Forest Products has long been known for high quality flooring, and their new Clic series follows in that tradition. Their Clic product utilizes a special Thermo-Fusing process in the production of their laminate floors. This process combines tremendous pressure with precisely regulated heat to fuse all of the components together. These components are Columbia's own DiamondPlateTM protective layer, a FiberDyneTM core, and the MoistureMaskTM backing. These components come together to bring you a floor that is, like most good quality laminate floors, highly resistant to scratches, dents, and moisture. The milling (how well the planks are cut and how tight they fit together) is engineered to tolerances of 1/1000th of an inch.
