: Where do I get the rebate form to fill out and mail in? |

Answer : If you need the current month's rebate form simply go to the Current Rebate Page of our site. Towards the bottom of the page is the link to download the current rebate form. If you are looking for the previous month's rebate form, you will need to go to our Rebate Center at FastFloors.com/rebates To access that area you will need your invoice number and the ship-to zip code you used for the order. Once you access that page the link to the previous month's rebate form will be located at the bottom of the page. |
