My product was back-ordered or delayed and won't be delivered in time to make the "must be postmarked by". What do I do?
 
Answer :
If your order is being delivered after the date the rebate form must be postmarked by, you need to send in the form with a copy of your invoice ON TIME and make a note that the delivery receipt will be mailed separately. This is completely acceptable. We allow 10 days from the date the order is delivered for you to get us a copy of the delivery receipt.
