How can I check the status of my rebate?
 
Answer :
As long as you mailed the rebate form with the correct documents by the "must be postmarked by" date, then you will receive your rebate check. The rebate processing time is 8 to 10 weeks from the rebate expiration. Please DO NOT email us regarding the status of a rebate unless that time period has passed and you still have yet to receive your rebate. To email us regarding the status of your rebate, have your invoice number and the Ship To zip code on that invoice ready and go to www.fastfloors.com/rebate Once there at the bottom of that page you will find the rebate inquiry form.
