I mailed in my rebate but never received a check. How do I file a claim for this?
Answer :
As stated in the rebate rules we are not responsible for lost or stolen rebate forms. We keep very detailed records of all rebate forms received so if you send it in and you do so on time, you will receive a check.

As with all rebates (from any company you may deal with) it is always recommended that you send your rebate form with either a return receipt, delivery confirmation or certified mail.

You can also try emailing us. To do so have your invoice number and the Ship To zip code on that invoice ready then go to Once there you will see the email form at the bottom of that page.
