Stepco has informed us to liquidate the rest of this stock. This material is being sold as is with no returns, warrantees or credits. It is unsure but most boxes may contain anywhere from 25% or more of the wood could have face cracking. But this is an unbelievable buy for a rental or home resale. The product was sold for years with no issues. This particular last run was put to the side and Stepco has allowed us to sell it at a deep discount. Again, there is no warranty on the product.
