I was apprehensive about using a website for such a large order (bought flooring for the entire house). But the sales representative was very informative and understanding. Their prices were much cheaper than the nearest local dealer, and the staff was easy to work with. When one of my pieces arrived broken (obviously during transit) fastfloors.com had a new one shipped and delivered within 2 days. Overall, I am very pleased with the decision to use fastfloors.com. |
